A film featuring New Zealand and a famous Kiwi that I really like is The World's Fastest Indian. It's the story of Burt Munro's obsession with modifying his 1930's Indian Chief motorcycle for speed. His dream was to take his bike to the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah and he finally gets his chance in the 1960's. I guess I need to watch. My cousins use to live in Invercargill, so I've seen some fascinating pics from there. Or maybe save up for a real life view... I'm out of the movie loop. Time to get back in. Lol... |
