Its a dark nite at the red canyon.
It feels so good to lay on my back,
on this cold red dirt.
My eyes gently drift across the midnite sky,
only once.. but it feels like a thousand times.
Closing my eyes i can still see the stars.
There light travel pierced in my soul.
Thinking of myself i clench some dirt with my hand,
as the red stone crumbles between my fingers.
Memories flood my mind like the carving of this canyon.
Overwhlemed by gyroscope feelings i open my eyes.
