I'll give a little tip that my holistic body workers gave me for muscle and joint pain... Actually, it helps for detoxing anything as well, emotions, medications, illness, etc.
Take an epsom salts bath. 4 cups of epsom salts in a hot bath works great for cleansing the body and soul from anything negative. My body workers suggest I take a bath after any workout, or stressful day even, to cleanse away all of the negative energy and sooth my muscles and joints. It works too.. Wow! There's no feeling like stepping into a hot epsom salts bath and feeling all of the yuck just flow right through you body to be absorbed by the salts! |

I'm not ticklish either... I remember as a kid I was, but I must have grown out of it somewhere down the line.
