Kind of ironic, when so many people like to say "looks don't matter." those people are either lying or in denial; you have to find something physically attractive in another human being in order to get your attention. even if it's nothing but you like their hair style. unless you're like an animal and you're attracted by scent.

Hmm, on topic.. I'm not sure, I was seeing someone who I wasn't physically attracted to last year.. I didn't know that for certain to begin with and I wanted to give a relationship a chance because she had a great personality. The relationship lasted longer than it should have done because I didn't want to hurt her feelings, and she was determined to get me to tell her the reason why. I had a secondary reason which is the one I used but when it boils down to it, the attraction thing was VERY important compared to it. I couldn't tell her I wasn't physically attracted to her,it was hurtful enough to break up with her. Good luck, O.P., it's always tricky when people's feelings are involved. |
