I would definately not recomend a stallion for a beginner or children. huh

Some great memories of mine are riding bareback on that giant creature around the pasture for what seemed like hours.

There is nothing wrong with a stallion for a beginner or children.

How much knowledge & experience do you have with horses? Can you define stallion, mare , pony, gelding & explain why you would recomend a stallion to a beginner or a child please?

It's a fully grown male horse, not a pony. If you read the thread, I was born on a game farm. Thirdly, I just explained why--for the memories of it. Look, any horse can step on a person's foot. Any horse can fall on top of a person. As we already mentioned before, it really depends on the horse.

You're bored because you're most likely geared to go out and stress in the world every day, so when you're just sitting around typing on a computer....well the rest is obvious.

I don't see how they would be any different than tattoos, black eyes, birth marks, scars...no one really gives a flip

They care when you go to work or go around the other parents at your child's school.

Do they care if you're in debt and about to go bankrupt or need a lung transplant?

I go after the controversy or ops that I know are standing by and participating.

If I know the op sucks, or the people suck, I'll post once and move along.

Laura10-if u want a good start in horses,a good old good broke horse would help-i perfur quater-horses cuz of theyr gentle way.but if you like other breeds that's kool-the main point is that you get a well broke horse that will not buck, and that is gentle.I would not get the first thing I saw-i have done that-bad idea to do that.take ur time the right horse will come along

I agree. The stallions I grew up on were as such--old and well-ridden. A pony can be as stubborn as a donkey, so it really depends on the horse. A pony is lower to the ground and won't go as fast which is why I recommended it. We had stallions and a pony, and I would favor the stallions--even at age four.

The neighbor girl had an older horse which gave birth to one. She had the privilege of raising it and training it as she grew up with it. She's a veterinarian now.

I strongly disagree.

I'll shortcut, circumvent, and screw with things until the cows come home.

I wouldn't be near what I am now if I acted so naturally.

Move naturally in chess, and watch your pieces disappear.

there's other ways. understand people for what they are, and you can change minds, leverage people happily, where nobody pays the price for one-upping, you all move up, and move incredible amounts of ground, and not pay the price when someone you double-cross to get ahead meets in a non-timely manner, for it's all attitude, and the difference from being respected and falling from grace or worse.

i didn't have other people in mind, just the self

but when it comes to people, in my experience, force or threats seem to work as well as anything--our entire "society" runs on the concept

well, i suppose you can do this, but there's always someone bigger, more crafty, quicker, stronger,....and smarter. somehow, you know i know this.... i could probably easily bully anyone i choose, but why? it takes no strength to screw someone over, or take em out. and tremendous strength to open yourself, and do the right thing. i'm incredibly rich in many ways, and it's because i can read people, and perswade their way of thinking exponentially, and multiply myself through them, and take care of others with insurance, benefits, and i give ten percent of everything i get back to the people who work with me as a bonus for a thank you. i have very loyal people.......nuff said.......this is really me in the pic. yes, i'm hidious. but not in the heart. physically, not too much can stand in my way. those who don't know me cross to the other side of the street....in new orleans even. not braggin, just is........who would like to screw me over in a dark alley? not the best idea, lol.

inspiration and persuasion indeed requires incentives - i could deem that creative control

I think a good starter would be a pony.

Horses are decent. I've always been around them. Hell I was born on a game farm. I'd rather have a snowmobile.
