All I've done is change my eating habbits. I eat breakfast (since I'm on my way to work at this time it isn't the healthiest food so I watch how much I eat). Then I try to eat a late lunch around 1 or 2 and that is a wrap sandwich from subway off of the fresh value menu. That is the last meal I eat. If I get too hungry towards the evening, I'll eat an apple or some type of fruit. I definately don't eat after 7pm. That's all I've done. I'm going to start walking/running soon also.

Well thanks! Actually I joined in August I think. I've lost the 30 lbs in the last 4 weeks. I figured I'd have better luck if I slimmed back down.

Always had "few extra pounds" on my profile but recently lost 30 lbs. Posted pics that are a couple days old. Do I qualify for "average" body type yet? lol I know it's stupid but I rather have the truth up there.

Yeah Jake is pretty funny. He's plays the dumb kid perfectly. Now I have to go break out one of the dvds and watch it. lol

In my opinion this has to be the funniest comedy sitcom that has ever been out there. Don't get me wrong... I've seen some very good ones, but this show doesn't ever have a bad episode or an unfunny moment. Other opinions?

Cajun guy here new to the are and this site. Just wondering if there are any ladies stuck between the two big cities like I am. I'd love to go check out the Riverwalk in S.A. but rather have a nice lady to go with.

I would actually like to date black or hispanic women because I find them very attractive. I just have a hard time approaching them cuz I think they will turn me down. I guess it's because I live in the deep south and race still seems to be an issue in some of these parts.

After not getting many views, I did a woman 4 man search in my area to see if my profile was showing up. It's not. I've checked all settings and can't figure out why it doesn't show up. Any ideas? Thanks
