I know it hurts to be lonely especially around the holidays but the really sad thing is...

look at all the people out there that have lost their homes and just about everything they have due to this rocky economy.

Look at some of the people that are in relationships that are still lonely.

Look at all the homeless..and some of them freeze to death in winter

Maybe we don't have it so bad after all. We do have each other and there are many good people on this site. I am meeting friends on here and it really means a lot.

Soooo...lets make the holidays special this year and all help each other get through the tough times together. Regardless whether we cry or laugh together we will have our friends here to get us through.

Hi Flame..glad you're having a good day. Its nice here too. I'm working around the house today but having a nice day. The dogs are crapped out on the floor while I'm priming the hallway floor getting ready to lay flooring down. It will look pretty when done.

hobby do you have?
I love photography and it has always been a hobby but may take it a notch further and start doing portraits as a business. I am gathering my equipment now. I have a few lights and backdrops and more on the way plus a boom and stand. I am practicing on friends right now and its going well. I do not want to get away from the photography I enjoy though which is old buildings,landscapes,macro ect. I love it all.
How about you guys...what is your hobbies?

Don't ever cut yourself short. You're not ugly. Everything happens for a reason. Give yourself time and hopefully a good one will come in to your life.

I have 4 lenses so far. I use my 300mm lens the most as an all around lens. Lenses can be quite expensive. My camera came with a kit lens and I bought my 1st 300mm lens that was a cheaper lens but not a bad lens. Its a sigma 70-300 APO macro lens. There are several sigma 300mm lenses but the APO one is suposed to be the better of them. Its a $200.00 lens. I finally bought a nikon 70-300mm lens with image stabilation. I love the lens.

I know that feeling. Thanksgiving is not great either. I don't have any family here so I just sit here by myself and hug my dogs.
