i WANT a steak tomorrow..... and a baked potatoe with sour cream annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd salad and maybe some corn on the cob!!! one of my specialities I prepare it three + times a week I dont eat meat alot!! I dont eat properly most of the time or anything at all. I can go all day without eating because Im too busy running around, getting things done. My days off are NUTS!!!! But I do try to eat at least one or two good meals a week!!! I have cut back and way down on the salt and have even concidered mrs dash I quit smoking over night but I dont think this will be that easy
