Health, resilience and a positive attitude ... without health there can be no life ... without resilience we are not able to bounce back from lifes many challenges ... without a positive attitude we will become obsessed by misery we encounter along our journey

Athena again thank you ... life is a tough road ... we all must come full circle eventually and acknowledge and accept where we have failed, succeeded, overcome and persevered during our struggles in attempting to evolve as human beings ... when we do this we gain strength ... You are too kind ... cheers

How to Shower Like a Woman

1. Take off clothing and place it in sectioned laundry hamper
according to lights and darks.

2. Walk to bathroom wearing long dressing gown. If you see
husband/boyfriend along the way, cover up any exposed areas.

3. Look at your womanly physique in the mirror - make mental
note to do more sit-ups

4. Get in the shower. Use face cloth, arm cloth, leg cloth,
long loofah, wide loofah, and pumice stone.

5. Wash your hair once with cucumber and sage shampoo with 43
added vitamins.

6. Wash your hair again to make sure it's clean.

7. Condition your hair with grapefruit mint conditioner
enhanced with natural avocado oil. Leave on hair for 15 minutes.

8. Wash your face with crushed apricot facial scrub for 10 minutes until red.

9. Wash entire rest of body with ginger nut and jaffa cake
body wash.

10. Rinse conditioner off hair.

11. Shave armpits and legs.

12. Turn off shower.

13. Squeegee off all wet surfaces in shower. Spray mold spots
with Tilex.

14. Get out of shower. Dry with towel the size of a small
country. Wrap hair in super absorbent towel.

15. Check entire body for zits, tweeze hairs.

16. Return to bedroom wearing long dressing gown and towel on
head.

17. If you see husband/boyfriend along the way, cover up any exposed
areas.

How To Shower Like a Man

1. Take off clothes while sitting on the edge of the bed and
leave them in a pile.

2. Walk naked to the bathroom. If you see wife/girlfriend along the way, shake penis at her making the 'woo-woo' sound.

3. Look at your manly physique in the mirror. Admire the size
of your penis and scratch your ***.

4. Get in the shower.

5. Wash your face.

6. Wash your armpits.

7. Blow your nose in your hands and let the water rinse them
off.

8. Make fart noises (real or artificial) and laugh at how loud
they sound in the shower.

9. Spend majority of time washing privates and surrounding
area.

10. Wash your butt, leaving those coarse butt hairs stuck on
the soap.

11. Shampoo your hair.

12. Make a Shampoo Mohawk.

13. Pee.

14. Rinse off and get out of shower.

15. Partially dry off. Fail to notice water on floor because
curtain was hanging out of tub the whole time.

16. Admire penis size in mirror again.

17. Leave shower curtain open, wet mat on floor, light and fan
on.

18. Return to bedroom with towel around your waist. If you
pass wife/girlfriend , pull off towel, shake penis at her and make the 'woo-woo' sound again.

19. Throw wet towel on bed.

If there is anyone one among you who did not laugh at the
truth behind this, there is something so very wrong with you  tongue2

Live in the moment
Experience it...
Only you can control whether it will be positive or negative
Embrace and relish in the positive ... full of emotion
Your feelings of LOVE, of JOY, of ACCOMPLISHMENT and SUCCESS
Acknowledge and accept the negative ...free of emotion
the discomfort, anxieties, the fears or despair.

A life without discomfort ...
emotional or physical...
is reality for no man.
To obsess upon these challenges … is the DEATH of LIFE...

We have to wish to experience LIFE...
We cannot ignore what we have the ability to control
Nor can we obsess on what is reality …
So to live in the moment is all we really have
… considering the other option …
the choice is easy

The need to proclaim
The way one lives each day
Forever will be cast upon deaf ears
When our life
Is not as we declare
These shallow words
That we choose to speak
Are not the measure
Of any man
Nor the wealth that he may keep
And although falsehood and deceit
Is in the hearts of all
One's true character begins
With the way that he reacts
To his fellow man
To live our lives with selfless courage,
Humility and grace
And not for recognition
False sincerity
Or selfishness and praise
All sought in feeble effort
To justify one’s self worth
This is all just a guise
For the insecurities we keep.
It is truly not what one gets
But really what one gives in truth
That will free us from the ties
That can forever bind us
To the demons within our soul
The one's we so carefully conceal

Once in a lifetime
There comes a man like you
Who bears a son much like yourself
And I know it’s hard for you to believe
That he’s grown into a man
But father, I sincerely understand
And I have always remembered
That once, every night of my existence
To thank my lucky stars
That you’ve given me the strength
To be a better man
By providing a guiding light
With your wisdom
Your encouragement
Your love
But there comes a time
In our evolution through life
When a father and a son, can no longer be as one
And it took me so long to recover
From the pain of having denied the love
I once so dearly relied upon
It takes more than time to discover
That for both the young and old
Truth is sometimes cold but right
This is my life and I will always hold my own
Even when it means hurting us both
But all the wrongs became the rights
When we stopped to wonder “how”
By looking inside our hearts
With humble honesty
To discover what has been kept hidden
And accept the truths
That have been avoided
By the ignorance of stubborn pride
And yes, my dear father
Look at us … We are better friends now

You have touched my heart with these words ... We have all experienced hurt and sorrow throughout our lives ... This is unfortunately unavoidable ... We can not control what others may do ... we can only control our own perceptions, reactions and actions by staying strong, being resilient and remaining true to who we are as individuals ... We create our suffering by our inability to stop resisting what our lives throw our way ... We begin to eliminate suffering with accepting and understanding that even though we will never avoid pain, either emotional or physical, we must seek deeper understanding of ourselves and our reactions to our situations ... We will destroy our suffering when we ourselves change our attitudes towards lifes challenges ...

The Dali Lama said ... "Pain is inevitable ... suffering is optional"

Peace to you:smile:
