I would go with a green if you live on a wooded lot. The exterior of you house should be in harmony with its surroundings. Also take into consideration the color of your roof when choosing a color. Is it spanish tile, slate or asphalt shingles? This would be a color that you would definitely want to coordinate with. Hope that helps..

I think splitting the fare is fair :) But there are a lot of factors that would go into that choice. I have a wonderful girl I am friends with in England, and neither of us can afford the
airfare at this time. However, when we can she will come here to see me. For this woman I would be happy to flip the whole bill, she is very dear to me and it would be my pleasure to get her here. However if it was someone I hardly knew that would be a different story. I recently had an experience with a girl from london, I guess I am a hit in the UK, but she wanted me to pay half her fare here. After some careful checking it was a scam, saved myself about 300 dollars on that one. So if it was someone I was meeting for the first time I would offer to pay half, but I would reimburse them when they arrived. James |

Foghat is good. Lynard Skynard Thank you I was wondering when anyone was going to mention skynard I mean really is there a better anthem to American music like Free Bird?? Can't forget The Ramones they brought punk to the NY scene and forever made it American and not exclusively British. Nirvana changed the face of music too Pearl Jam If anyone REALLY knows rock and roll, they will know who King Crimson is, definitely the most talented musicians of their times on each album. If you don't know who they are and are interested in hearing one or two of their songs mail me and I'll send you one or more. |

Ok, this wasn't me, but it was my Mom, so I know it is true. When I was around 13 my dad had hurt his back. So my mom rubbed his back down with ben-gay. Well, she was also constipated and wanted to use a suppository and thought to herself, heck, this ben-gay is greasy. Well in went the suppository and out came the screams from the bathroom. Worried about what might have happened to her I opened the door to find her with her ass in the sink splashing water on herself screaming, OMG my ass is on fire, my ass is on fire. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life.

dumbest thing I ever did? hmmm put my profile on this site thinking I would actually meet someone ? lol
Ok seriously, when I was about 12 I used a bic lighter and put a LOT of the gas from it into a 2 liter pepsi bottle. Then lit it to make a jet engine...it worked, the thing flew across the room, but I burnt the bejeezes out of my finger lighting it. |

OK I know it is long, but IMO it is one of the best scenes ever in a movie. From Good Will Hunting
SEAN I was thinking about what you said to me the other day, about my painting. I stayed up half the night thinking about it and then something occured to me and I fell into a deep peaceful sleep and haven't thought about you since. You know what occurred to me? WILL No. SEAN You're just a boy. You don't have the faintest idea what you're talking about. WILL Why thank you. SEAN You've never been out of Boston. WILL No. SEAN So if I asked you about art you could give me the skinny on every art book ever written...Michelangelo? You know a lot about him I bet. Life's work, criticisms, political aspirations. But you couldn't tell me what it smells like in the Sistine Chapel. You've never stood there and looked up at that beautiful ceiling. And if I asked you about women I'm sure you could give me a syllabus of your personal favorites, and maybe you've been laid a few times too. But you couldn't tell me how it feels to wake up next to a woman and be truly happy. If I asked you about war you could refer me to a bevy of fictional and non-fictional material, but you've never been in one. You've never held your best friend's head in your lap and watched him draw his last breath, looking to you for help. And if I asked you about love I'd get a sonnet, but you've never looked at a woman and been truly vulnerable. Known that someone could kill you with a look. That someone could rescue you from grief. That God had put an angel on Earth just for you. And you wouldn't know how it felt to be her angel. To have the love be there for her forever. Through anything, through cancer. You wouldn't know about sleeping sitting up in a hospital room for two months holding her hand and not leaving because the doctors could see in your eyes that the term "visiting hours" didn't apply to you. And you wouldn't know about real loss, because that only occurs when you lose something you love more than yourself, and you've never dared to love anything that much. I look at you and I don't see an intelligent confident man, I don't see a peer, and I don't see my equal. I see a boy. Nobody could possibly understand you, right Will? Yet you presume to know so much about me because of a painting you saw. You must know everything about me. You're an orphan, right? Will nods quietly. SEAN (cont'd) Do you think I would presume to know the first thing about who you are because I read "Oliver Twist?" And I don't buy the argument that you don't want to be here, because I think you like all the attention you're getting. Personally, I don't care. There's nothing you can tell me that I can't read somewhere else. Unless we talk about your life. But you won't do that. Maybe you're afraid of what you might say. |
