Ok HERE'S a secret I bet you didn't know! Your hair gets used to your shampoo and conditioner and it becomes less effective at around 30 days! So top stylists tell me to change your shampoo and conditioner every bottle full or every 30 days whichever comes first. And I learned this in 1989 and changing every 30 days really works. My hair is personally healthier. Try it, you will thank me later. you can also mix your shampoo with a quarter size of baking soda and wash your hair with it...it strips all the build up off and leaves your hair beautiful shiny and soft
