I have been hearing this terminology flung around to describe a sensitive, caring and compassionate man. For one I could not disagree any more than the Earth is round and hanging on nothing. Men do not need a feminine side because we are not feminine. Some men are effeminate, but that is another chapter in manology 101. What are your thoughts?

I am a man who believes that a lot of us men forgot what manly really means. As far as the nice guy title. You don't want it. Women don't want nice guys either. They want a man who is gentle when he is supposed to be and aggressive when also appropriate. The kicker is knowing when to do these things. Nice guys is to say no balls, no aggression, no action. That is why they finish last. You don't move. You don't get any. Being a man should be more like being a knight. You should be truthful, ready to fight for good things to stay good and able to take notice of the smallest of details in a lady's needs. Yes, I said lady. A lot of women never become ladies. That is why they struggle finding a knight. I'm just saying.
