Ok, you win, maybe. BUT I don't nor have I researched any of the above crimes to see if they are within the powers of the Pres. I'd hate to get into the secrets of any of our past leaders. We'd probably find worse. However, we, as American, are still here despite $3.89 a gallon for gas. it's not just bush sushi, it is every professional politician out there. What we need is a person who does NOT WANT that power, until then we will just have more of the same. Republican or Democrat, they are all cut frome the same cloth. ELitists who desire nothing more than to fulfill their own twisted agenda on the backs of the people. We are quickly moving to a 2 class society, then people will see the true measure of what has been at work for years. I need to stop, these topics get me so depressed. Open your eyes people, no good will ever come from our two party system, or a world run by the rich and elite FOR the rich and elite. You think any one of those windbags up there give two pickles about your well being?

how can you compare union to socialism? How can you not? It is a free market, if you dont like the wages being paid you move onto gainful employment elsewhere. WHy should the employer pay you what you THINK you are worth rather than fair market value? Nobody holds a gun to your head and tells you that you have to take a job once you know what the pay scale there is. Did you start that company? Did you finance that company? DId you develope the idea or the market for that company? Was it your 20+ hour days that went into building it? How conceited are you to think you have the right to tell them what to pay? Start your own competing company and pay what you think is fair. You wouldn't like it if I came into your home and told you what tv, car, microwave, clothing, etc to buy

Sorry Rob, Stupid is not an impeachable offense. We're all stupid yes but we are all not entrusted with the most powerful country in the "free world". He is paid to not be stupid, and surround himself with other people who are not stupid. Seems like we just trusted the travelling circus with our lifes, liberty, and well being. How about we start a list; Handing out no bod contracts (theft) Robbing the Social Security fund (theft) Sending troops into battle without proper equipment (negligence) Not securing an occuppied territory leading to death, misery, and murder (accessory to murder, assault, rape) Sugar coating reality (falsifying information)

nope oh do i detect a hint of honesty here yes indeed. While I said I never dated someone who is not attractive to me, I have dated people who were not attractive to some of my friends. I.e. the what are you doing with her, etc. Sometimes it is possible to get so smitten with a person you see a lot more in them than others do. or maybe sometimes is blind or maybe it is that love can open your eyes to see things in a way that others cannot

You desire to pay much more for every good made in america that is already outpriced by the majority of goods made over seas? The time for unions is long gone. Once they served a real need, now is their time to fade, jsut as everything must eventually come to an end

It is just a sign of who selfish our country has become. I would never NOT reply to someone who took the time to message me. It is a sign of good manners to at least let a person know you are not interested. You do not have to go into great detail, but a simple response is thoughtful, and the proper thing to do. I have written you numerous times and gotten no reply. Oh bs hiker. I answer you and you know it. You have never emailed me with relationship interest so nah still..I have sent you e-mails..as a friend... yes, and have I not replied to all of those that required it? Some emails between friends do not require a reply. Exactly. What most people are forgetting to take into account is the teachers in question have the inalienable right to not be involved with the water balloons ina ny way. If the kids had not involved the teachers, there would have been no problem. remember people have the right to *not be involved* just as much as they have the right to be involved. It may seem childish and unreasonable to you that the teacher got upset about getting wet. To me it is reasonable. For example, I personally have some major problems with my back and neck, and anything sudden that makes me jump or jerk in surprise tends to hurt like hell due to it. This includes getting hit with cold water. So yes, the teachers did have the right to be upset about getting hit with the water balloons. Daniel, If I saw you walking down the street, I'd throw a water balloon at you just for the hell of it! And you would be paying my chiropactor bill when I threw my back out. ah the great american dream, sue, sue, sue If an action you take, causes someone else to come to harm, wether you intended harm or not, you are legally liable for the medical bills ensued. Just food for thought And besides, I did not mention anything of suing, did I? I assumed you would be mature enough to admit that your actions caused the result I described, and would volunteer to pay for the medical bills involved. But, you know what they say about assuming... It makes what out of both the assumer and the assumed? sure he made you jump. Maybe you can sue the kids parents who are playing hide and go seem and scare you to force you to twist. You may also be able to sue the car owner who has a backfire and makes you twist and throw your back out. There are so many scary things in this world that can happen out in public, if you are jumpy, or that scared of water a better course of action is to hide in your place, and keep the cruel harsh world out
