do u get fined if u smoke while driving your car in USA ? my mate got fined £60 thiink its $120 its a joke. no but here in california you'll get a $250 fine if you smoke in ur car if u have kids in ur car .. kids in car is different, he was on his own. i would have refuse 2 pay it
