Wondering if its just me

I put a hydrogen fuel cell on my pickup truck. After tuning it correctly I went from 7 miles per gallon to 31 miles per gallon. Its a two gallon cell and produces 8% hydrogen oxygen through forced induction. If I install in line fuel heaters on my gas lines, how much improvement can I expect in miles per gallon percentage wise?
