My kids love it when I make brown sugar bacon...I only make it once a year for Christmas to make it special...Take thick slice bacon,not thin(thin burns),spread a thin film or brown sugar across the top and botton and lightly pepper it, and put it on a rack in a 9x13 pan to catch the drippings and so it will crisp up..bake till done...It is such a big hit in my family I have to do several lbs. of it! What temp do you bake it at?
