If he hurt you why do you want to forget him so quickly? I'd think a few good long days to remember what he did to you would be just cause to get over him. You need things to take your heart off your sleeve... volunteer your time in a shelter or food bank, visit the elderly in a nursing home and read to them.... bring balloons to kids in the pedairic ward of the hospital. You know... remember there is always someone out there who has it worse than you... if that is in front of you then it is sorta hard to feel sorry for yourself.

just sweep it out of the door hun..and move on..not worth the effort
