Shaking the monitor won't help.. lol. (Yes I know you were being sarcastic) Uhh, what e-mail provider are you using? Did it allow you to set a security question in case of a forgotten password? What about a second email you might have put in there so that if in the case that you lose your password, that provider can send it to a secondary account.
