Let me just add this too.....she is NOT, I repeat, NOT his girlfriend! She was friends with him for 4 years and he took her cell phone and she tried to get it back from him and he head butt her in the face, twirled her around in a choke hold, threw her to the ground and tried to pick her up in a fetal position...she got up, grabbed her phone from him and took off. He chased her down and threw her off a set of steps....now, that I have told you the gruesome details........
It has taken me 24 hours to be able to see straight and not be pacing back and forth like a caged animal.
She is doing well and says hi!

Well thankfully, she is ok--that's the main thingflowers flowers flowers

Now you calm downflowers flowers

They only close the schools here if it's a presidential election.

Nobody I know remembers that happening here before.

Well, all our schools are polling places, and stay open unless it's a presidential election--All the city offices are closed as well, if it's a presidential election. That's the way it's been for as long as I remember.

Goodmorning, PCU!!!!!!!

Hey, I have a theoritical question:

P and I were talking about tow trucking company's and how it's like a racquett.....

So here's a question I posed to him:

Is it considered theft when your car is called in by your nieghbor and towed by a towing company?

IS your nieghbor considired an accomplice?

Just an idea I thought could be tried in court if needed......

Well, if the car is parked on the neighbor's property and they call a tow truck, it's legal. Not nice, but legal. If the car is parked somewhere illegally and the neighbor reports it, it's legal. Again, not nice, but legal, at least here in NY it is.

My car was NOT parked on a nieghbors property! They just called it in as a ,,,,,,,I don't know.....but it was towed and in Oregon it is at the disgression of the tenants to call a tow truck. But my point is this------> I had to pay a LARGE amount of money to get it out and it wasn't in violation of anything!
They did it out of spite! Wouldn't that be considered a theft??????

rantI don't know if it would be considered a theft, but I would try to fight and get the money back if you were not in violation of anything and you can prove it---that sucks if they did it just for spitegrumble grumble
