That is awesome. Here in northeast US area, the the first partial phase eclipse will be visible before moonset at 5:50 AM. The sunrise will also be at 5:50 AM, and the best viewing will be at dawn and the twilight. Lucky if you can see it!! We can't over here as the moon is full at 1.15pm so for us it's broad daylight. If you can see it and are up early, enjoy it! I've once seen a full lunar eclipse during sunset. I think in 2011. It was the most amazing thing!! We took many pictures, my then partner had a good camera. We'd gone out to sit on a dyke to watch it, some drinks and nibblies with it. We had a great time while watching the entire eclipse right in front of us. That's awesome! I’ll see if I can get a photo of it. |

My mother calls up and says i worry too much, and my concerns are not real, and I should change my ways. I know she is not right, I need things to think about to get my mental energy out. But i do what she says anyways. Then I get distracted by thoughts, i am not mindful of the world, and i make a clumsy injurious mistake. I told her my vibe is bad for her, her vibe is bad for me, we should give each other space.

Right now I am just in my apartment typing on the bluetooth keyboard when I am not reading, and out side are birds on the shoreline and someone fishing on the far side of the creek. Engine sounds are mellowed in the distance and from the direction of Wards Corner intersection. The water has blue and white sky and trees shimmering in the ripples of wind upon the mud-tinted water.

Tying a bag of ice to the back of your neck for 20 minutes after any flareups can help keep forward progress on it healing up. Swelling, part of an immune response to prevent infection, is less when the environment is super cold, and this can be good because too much swelling can put strain on cellular tissues and the cold can keep it stable,
