Generally I dont put jelly on with my crunchy either, its either honey or bananas. If I use "jelly" it has to be grape jam. |

Ive abused my self. Yes wolf, roller derby. Shin splints, recovering broken ankle, torn cartlidge in my knee and I did something else to it that hurts much worse. Now my muscles wont function.
I skate for about 5 min and start to quiver, end up falling because my legs or back give out. Im going to start running tomorrow....Im sure knees, shins and ankle will love that. |

Mostly Navy blue, hope to be in a shade of cobalt by tomorrow. Im just in a rut, my body is giving out on me and my skating is suffering because of it....
Anyone every battle the physical demons? When you know you are capeable of something but your body wont physically do it? Its killing my ego and moral. |
