Okay. Okay. I know I am a little late in the game, but does anyone currently use it? I really don't want to pay $30 plus a month for a home phone, when it's just basically for emergencies and important calls at home. Waste of money... ...... You can purchase a no-contract prepaid cellphone, with a monthly service plan... Unlimited calls, texting, and in many cases, unlimited data and internet access. I already have a cell and I pay nearly $50 a month. Don't want to pay another $30 for a landline or cell phone for the house. I need something at home because I have children at home. Here in the UK you can buy a cheap mobile (cell) phone off Ebay for 15/20 GBP including a charger, brand new old models, and a Pay As You Go SIM costs only a few more pounds, and if it is only to receive calls it should cost you no more than that, just a thought. In the US, we pay for both incoming and outgoing calls.
