I have been in four long term relationships with older women my son's mother is 45 years old. I guess what attracts me to the older woman is there maturity . it always start off great but a lot of them have emotional problems that they're still dealing with because of past relationships. but I will say that I'm always open to meeting new people regardless of what that may have been through because in my opinion different people will bring out a different side of you As an older woman, I have to question your statement about "a lot of us having emotional problems"...and frankly, in my personal experience, find it to be just the opposite....Never the less, I doubt "Older" women have any more emotional problems then do younger women... 
We have at least learned which bag to open and when...

You are offering a lifetime committment; not a one night stand. ..some guys, some women.. They have truly retard frame of minds. Constantly stuck in the old ways. I may not agree, you may not agree; but it is still there way of thinking. Some cultures never even get the option of saying 'no'. Others never even get asked, they are just forced together. While others still stick to the old concepts of man asking woman, and not vice-versa. |

yes my ex bf is 22 years younger than I am - I am not sure why it ended - I just lost interest, I guess. Conversation was pretty good most of the time. I don't think his age had anything to do with the split. I had a convo with someone my own age recently that was horrific - I can't tell you - I could not get off the phone - in a polite way - fast enough.... I don't think age has much to do with anything - except maybe a few extra pounds and a few lines on ones face |

Of course a girl can propose. Why not? well let's face it.... there has to be somebody to propose to ..how would you proposing be considered cheap? Me, personally, I wouldn't care.. However, I do believe some may be stuck in the ancient prehistoric notions, which are ridiculously outdated; as they believe that it is indeed the male's job/responsibility to do the proposing. Regardless, if you are unsure, maybe you can find out what kind of guy you are with before pursuing the action of proposing. I'd love to be proposed to. <3 |
