HAHAHAHAHAHA HEY NICKI!!!! MISS YOU!!! right now i am dieting for a show in april, i am eating just 5 foods right now, egg whites, chicken, steak, sweet potatoe, and broc.. and 2 protien shakes a day i will be cutting the steak out in 2 weeks.. i eat around 8-10 times a day too.. it sucks so bad right now! Hey, you get that way naturally or do use Anabolic's? i started AAS 2 yrs go. |

Ok....my friend Zack and I have this bet going....lol and I need to lose more body fat than him... so what do you recommend? first thing get your diet down... 5-6 small meals a day, eat every 3 hours. eat clean, this well help speed up metabloism. now follow this diet in macro nutrution which is ie: 45% carbs 35% protien 20% fats. you can google it macrobolic nutrution and it will give your more specifics.. can't break a diet down because i dont know your maintance calories or you bf% and weight.. you will have to track that. do some weight training.. i would recommend some circut training if you cant afford a trainer or you can search dynmaic works out and learn those exerices you would def enjoy them more then equipment.. cardio, low impact @ target heartrate.. this is just some basic shiit |
