yeah i run with my ipod all the time, usually with angry music so i have some motivaton to run more, and it not only helps with my stress levels but the endorphans arent so bad either, haha 
i love 311, incubus, some linkin park, foo fighter, green day, any reagee is cool, some korn if im pissed HAH or really anything that boats my float

yes meditation is a great way to releive stress put on some relazing music, sit in a quiet room, and breath and dont really concentrate so much but just "be" if that makes any sense, and addding some green tea wont hurt either |

How many young women do you hear saying " Well it doesn't matter that he isn't hot. He has a fantastic mind!! "? i have said that quite a few times, but those guys are either already in realtionships with mean girls OR they just dont want a realtion, which i can totally understand because for one i dont right now either, but in the future id like to know how i can stray away from certain types of people, i always give everyone a chance, but im not good at telling what type of person they are just by how they look, so i guess i gotta trial n error things That is not entirely true. They may be the guy that you have seen looking your way, but you never paid attention to because some other dude was right up in your space getting your attention. They may be the ones you see, when you are with a group of friends out somewhere, sitting by himself just watching people. Don't assume that they don't want a relationship. The first thing you are going to have to do is change your mindset. Until you do that, you will continue to go after the guys that are going to do the same things you are talking about in here. excuse me but you dont know me, so you cant say i do that i kinda brought this whole subject up in a wrong way so yeah.. |

this is turned into a thing where i think the guy has cheated on me, i dont care that he was with another girl, i just feel weird about it, i was just wanting some insight, and i dont go for 'cute guys' or typical 'ass holes' it just kinda happens that way, and i didnt try to dis any guy, ive met plenty of nice guys that i think are great, all im saying is that guys and girls both need to realize how they treat people thats my point, haha
