Once the keylogger is on, it's on. You can set all the passwords you want and it won't matter. And if you change existing passwords (like your email)... he'll see what you changed it to.
Easiest solution would be to download a firewall, but you need to know a little bit of tech stuff for that to do you any good. Best solution would be formatting your drive and re-installing Windows, but then you need to know even more tech stuff. Try to find a computer-savvy friend (assuming you aren't computer-savvy yourself ) and see if they can help you out.
