Hey I lost ten pounds changing my diet to no junk food I only been eaten salad with boiled chicken in it and no sugar added salad dressings and going to the gym but still not losing weight that fast

I am sorry to say I hate my life because I put people before me before myself and I try to do good but what do I get nothing in return that's why I think no one likes me and I give up my life to help my single mom with nine kids and a dog and I try to get a job and can't but I will be going to college for horse trainer
