I love the way Hank introduces the song - while strumming his guitar softly, he says, "Friends, this is a nice, slow and easy kind of a song.........one that I wrote here a while back........one I'm awful proud of.......it's a little number that could happen to most anybody.........the title of it is.......I Can't Help It.......if I'm still in love........with you...."
