Oh I know that if there is a will, there is a way. My best friend is in college at the same age as me, to be an accountant, and he works too. But right now if he doesn't come up with something, he will be evicted from his apartment. He is two months behind in rent. I'd help him, but I don't have it either. It is too late for me. I will be 44 in Feb. and never even graduated H.S., plus I have never worked and now I have too many medical problems.

My favorites are Hunan chicken, chicken and mushrooms, that speghetti looking stuff, but I don't want their veggi's in it. Egg drop soup, T'sos , salt and pepper shrimps, or any kind of seafoods. And other stuffs too.

LOL, the meat sticks. I love them. I wonder if they really are rats. I have heard worse about Chinese foods. But I still eat them. LOL

I agree with Maja, everyone has their own likes and dislikes.
But not everyone is mean about it to others.
I don't even care about my feelings, it's those that would never speak because they have been hurt too many times before by just this sort of thing. I used to be that person, so I know what it's like, and it's in no way fun.

As we speak I have a boyfriend, and yes, he is skinny as anything, less then a 30 inch waist.

Congrats on your weight loss, I am truely happy for you. At least you do know how hard losing the weight is.
BUT, when one fat person says to another I'm too good to date you because your fat. That's just sooooo wrong in so many ways.
You should know better. You don't want your feeling stepped on, yet you have no problems stepping on other's feelings.
I just don't even know what else to say to you, that is so wrong.
When I do finally get thinner, I will never date anyone with an attitude like yours, it sucks.

OK, I'll have to agree with that one, you do lack tact.
I am secure with who I am, but there is also nothing wrong with wanting to better yourself. And that is what I want for myself. I also want to be able to buy nice, and pretty clothes off a rack at a store that does not say Plus Size behind the store name. Yes, I am big, but that does not mean I like being this way, and now that I can do something about it, I intend to do just that.

I did read your profile. And I have all the insurities of being heavy, like most heavy people do. It's from being made fun of most of my life, for being overweight, wearing glasses, not being rich enough to wear all the name brands, you name it. Also I am Italian, I come from a family of eaters. Besides, how many skinny Italian's do you know. LOL (that reference is made towords me only, my dad is full blooded and is thin)
OH, and by the way, that pic is 2-3 years old, but it's the only one I have of me in my pc, sorry.
I am working on getting a Lap Band next year. I just found out my insurance will cover it. YAY for me, I'm a happy camper.
