ya 10 lbs is good....25 lbs should take about 5 weeks if done correctly. 
I hope so! I'm still hitting the weights and I can almost see some muscle on my arms. |

A little bit more but I did it more than 3 days. I'll stick with it since I want to lose about 25 more pounds, wish I would have lost 15 pounds! but I'm going to keep at it til I hit my goal I think I lost about 10 pounds or so. That's still pretty good though!
