I for one can say it is not a choice.I am shy at first.It probably is because of the pressure,like Mayhem said.For me, it is mostly being centered out.It makes me feel awkward.I get the same way when being photographed.lol.Believe me when I say it's more painful for me than you lol.It would be a dream to change it and feel at ease.Give the person some time, they will warm up and you can see the great personality shine through. *I believe this is harder for some to deal with than others. But I believe once people start talking it breaks the ice. You know .. you can "QUOTE" (ie put other people's wording in a separate box which helps us all see what THEY wrote and what YOU answer ..  )
