I recently broke up with a guy that I had been on and off for the past 4 years or so. I have a few things that I collected while we were together. Most are tucked away in a box with other memorabilia. My question is would you get rid of the stuff you have (ie stubs, pictures, stuffed animals, cards).

Hauveralan, the same thing happened to me... He didn't have a picture up when it showed up in my matches and I usually don't check them if they don't have a picture, but I did this time. I should have stuck to my rule.

I had a friend in high school, who I haven't really talked to much since graduating. We still live in the same town and say hi and chat online from time to time. His son passed away earlier this year, even though I only met his son once and we haven't talked much since high school. I went to the funeral, but didn't go to the burial or to his house afterwards. Needless to say I didn't know anyone there but my friend and his step-brother, but atleast I could offer my condolences.

It does. But atleast my parents and other family members were there, so he wasn't alone.

That sucks! I have been off for two weeks. I was sick 4 days last week and didn't feel like going in just for Friday and this week I wanted time off before I start trainiing for a summer position after work for the next two weeks. Long hours starting Monday

I don't regret anything that I've done or been through, but if I could go back in time I would go back to August 10, 2006.

My grandfather was sick and hostice gave him less than a day to live, but it was also the day I started my internship for my last semester of college. Everyone encouraged me to go to the school. Unfortunately, when I called home just after the dismissal bell, I found out my grandfather had passed away. For months, I felt bad that I wasn't there, especially since I had been there for my other grandfather when he took his last breath.

That's completely true. I have met others from off other sites (never off here...atleast not yet, but I think it's in the works to meet one local guy) and things seem great online and over the phone, but when you meet in person, the spark you thought would be there just isn't.

I do the same .... only problem you can only read each bottle so many times before it's memorized.

I just reactivated my account after being gone for about a month. I started talking to his guy on here and he seems like a great guy. We've been talking daily the last two-three days for hours on end. I don't wanna go jumping into something since I just got out of a relationship, but we're talking about meeting soon.
