That would definitely be a situation that would trigger some strong emotion. Just hope the guy doesn't take it out on the kid later... hopefully CPS will get involved. The guy could come back later and press charges against you. Hope not.

That is so annoying. A few spelling errors here or there are not so bad, but when every other word is unintelligible I don't respond.

This is really sad. Some companies have self-funded health plans that do seek reimbursement should an insured person's injuries be caused by another party who can be held liable. When a lawsuit is involved, say for instance an accident of some kind, the insurance company will sometimes try to seek any expenses they paid back.
Doesn't seem right, but it happens...even on a smaller scale. |
