I made egg rolls last year with the students and they LOVED them...all the teachers dropped by that day for a sample.

the best thing about bourek is the spicy flavour with that touch of crispy melsouka what a fantastic taste

What about chicken shawarmas? well it's very easy to do,the secret of a good chawarma is temperature of cooking and of course choosing the right sauce i recommend the white lemony sauce |

I made a chicken tajine which i loved but my kid thought the lemon flavor was offputting. I made some north african meatballs with apricot couscous with my students and it was a hit.
Always looking for new kid friendly recipes. Pictures help. it's ramadan in here which means a lot of the famous bourek and tomatoe soupe also many delicious dishes like chili chakhchoukha....etc if you want to have the recipes just ask |
