My name was chosen after the birth of my only child. She was born three months early and weighed 2lbs 11oz, she spent the first three months of her life in the NNICU (Neo-natal intensive care unit) for the first few weeks of her life she was hooked up to a respirator and was not in good condition at all, but! with me working at the hospital at the time and spending every moment I could with her and just holding her tiny little hand and taking to her she slowly became more stronger as the days when on she was taken off the respirator and was put on room air and after the three months she was well enough to take home. At the time the doctors to me that it was going to be a struggle but with the time I spent there I was dubbed Guardian Angel Man by the nurses and staff of NNICU this is why for any parents with pre-mature babies spend every moment with them and you will be amazed by there growth and development.
