Currently on the wagon. Spring time is lovely and I'd rather go for long walks than stay locked up in my crummy apartment and drink outta' boredom and inertia. Been taking multi-vitamins, eating right, keeping regular sleeping habits. Consequently feel great. I made a list of simple life changes I need to make a couple of weeks ago and I plan on sticking with it. Amazing what a few simple changes can do for ya'. If only I could quit smoking I'd be totally on track...but one step at a time...one day at a time....
