to many wrong paths, a few to many bridges burned
one to many mistakes, and a life filled with lessons learned often wonder, will i ever find who it is im supposed to be never quite content with just being me feel like i fall short of what you expected of me but if you have it already figured out, tell me what it is that you see am i just another woman trying to find her place in this world or have i to live and learn, and for now still remain a girl will i ever make someone happy, or will i be alone will you always see me like this, cant you see ive grown will i obtain my goals, or just fall short of making it am i a disappointment, or just my own worse critic will you be ashamed of the person that i am or will you help guide me, and take my hand i know i have a lot of questions, but the answers are what i seek but since the eyes are the windows to my very soul, will you do me a favor , look deep inside, and just see me for me before you speak |
