people don't stop to think about their speed or pay attention when they are driving in a residential area. The apartment complex I live in has like a billion kids (ok, just seems like it at times), I worry about letting my daughter go out and play because I am worried some idiot is going to come through the parking area a little too fast and hit one of the kids.
People need to pay more attention and SLOW THE H*LL DOWN!!!!! Hope the girl is ok. |
