For me the weekends are hard for eating right, and all the kids want is pizza or burgers and who wants to cook on the weekend after cooking all week.

Anybody got any ideas for weekend temptations???

You can get the pill just about anywhere. I got mine for Walmart.

These pill do not affect you nervous system like most weight loss pills. The do not have any stimulants in them.

ALL they do is take the fat out of your body before it can digest it.

Man, I really don't want to sound like an Alli advocate or spokesperson, but it worked for me. I still have the same bottle of pills I bought in July.

If you're eating right, you don't need to take it.

Initially it does help, because it takes about 25% of the fat you eat out of your body before you can digest it.

If there is anybody besides me and Marie out there trying to lose weight and you need support, speak up if you need help from your fellow JSH family members.

I have recently lost 17 pounds with the Alli pill, that I barely even took. If you eat the wrong foods and take the pill
you end up in the potty with a very nasty pot.
So what does that mean, you teach yourself to eat the right foods therefore you lose weight and your healthier to boot.

What have you used/done to lose weight and is it working for you???

Do tell. Maybe you can help or encourage someone else to get healthy and get that man or woman you want.
