When you breath energy three times up and out from your sacral and into the third eye you are directing your energy there to use that gift of perception which can only be activated with the intention of the heart knowing we are all one and connected in love, the peaceful safe river of life. There is another eye of perception, your dream director whose purpose is to help you release you fears by letting you play them out with all senses so you can have compassion for yourself. Once you become aware you will clear your fears. When this happens you can see from your soul eye. However your conscious mind in lucid dreaming can circumvent it and your fears look real in your conscious life. Demons are imagined from this but you are manifesting them.

It's such a personal experience. I don't know why I need a group. There is one in NM but I am not a desert person. Most don't know what it means. A lot of people have their third eye connected to their higher consciousness which isn't restricted by time and space but is connected to everyone's higher collective conscioudness. More and more people will be like that as time goes on. Weird if you have ever seen a movie inside your for head answering a question you have just asked.
