Thank you Red for clarifying that. Excellent post!
The reason it appears negative to me is because the way people use it when in disagreement I guess, well based on my experience. haha and the way it is pronounced feels MEAN DOG-MA...YOU DOG I don't know maybe it's just me. |

Soul Tears you sound more MUSLIM or JEWISH than anything. Sorry I don't
want to categorize you |

Dogma seems to be negative and offensive here. It used everytime a
person expresses their beliefs. Massage how would you define dogma? |
|
|

mm massage if you go back and see the other pages I beg to differ

Bye Art gurl :)
Why is the teaching of Jesus dogma? Is it because people feel that you can't prove it? |

SG I agree
"however i still say that AB's post to this thread leads to a conclusin that he has a christian background that he has taken and applied to his own theories, and therefore his 4 points cannot fit on to all forms of non christians." As a new member I don't want to jump to conclusions so I'll wait to see what he has to say. I say there's a little denial I guess |

Oh this?
"ArtGurl, Minoans don't count. The women walked around with their breasts exposed all day. Men will agree to anything in that situation, becuase they don't, or rather can't, think." I guess it was light humor? |

Thedoctor you have a POWERFUL point indeed. I would say you are a
believer. You believe in God right? That's a believer of something right? Just because you don't choose an organized way doesn't mean anything. I know plenty of Christians who step away from strict churches to worship freely. What it boils down to is your love, devotion and most of all faith.* Unfortunately, some of the followers of many religions today set a TERRIBLE example and may give a dirty representation of what they're about. Then on the otherhand that shouldn't make someone stereotype or believe every single believer is like that. |

What do you consider "dogma?"
I see this as a common used word here so I'm curious. What makes a particular religion or faith "dogma?" Is it a lack of evidence or proof? Or is it those that may offend you? |

Hi Invisible :)
I really love your point. That you said you believe in God but don't refer to yourself as a non-believer. That makes sense to me! Do ALL Christians do that or just a select few that you have experienced? |

Personally I don't have a category or specific title on my beliefs but I
like a variety of spiritual things. |
