Because when you take life to seriously it ends up not being a life at all. Then what you wake up at 80 and think back.....I wish i had only taken that trip to disney with the kids when they were 5 or I wish my head wasnt always caught up with work. Be a kid live like nothing matters.

Here I will sum this up on one quick fact:

# of internet users in america = 206.2 Million
% of said users on facebook = 71.2%

That leaves a grand total of 28.8% of internet users who do not use facebook. Now from a marketing stand point those numbers do not equal a profit. Ever heard of buy low sell high? SELL BABY SELL!!!!! Look at the numbers, watch come May when they have to release their actual profits. Their stock will soar quickly out the gate but for every action the is an equal and opposite reaction. So I give it atmost 5 years and you and I will be saying "You remember when I use to write you on facebook......god that was like ages ago"

You initially said "any boy above the age of 12 is not decent" so i take you agree that someone can be considered a boy even though they are over the age of 12. I said "i'm 29 and still consider myself a boy" you then countered with "nothing unless you are under the age of 12, then you grow up and become a man" to which i asked you what are your preconcieved notions on what a man is i.e. "standards for being a man" the word adult is legally defined by the age of 18 My question was not what are your standards for being an adult I am asking what are you standards for being a man.

And what are the "standards" for being labeled a man?

I did not say social networking was dying I said Facebook was dying. Do you ever wonder how FB makes money? They are nothing more than an advertising company. Have you ever purchased anything advertised on FB? probably not. I get the idea behind companies spending advertising money with facebook, it looks perfect "Hey there's a website out there that 500 million people visit and 50% to 60% visit everyday, lets advertise there". But what happens when these companies realize people do not log in to FB to buy something? What happens when they do not see a return on their investment? Money stops flowing, when the money stops flowing the site becomes to expensive to run for free, when it becomes to expensive to run for free they will start to charge, when they start to charge people leave. Good luck to FB in May but I just don't see them flourishing once they go public.

UM why does it seem like the more we are able to "stay connected" i.e. cell phones, social media, etc....we seem to drift so far away from human interaction? Does it really take reading an article for people to find out what other people are really like? Try this go to the grocery store chat up the lady in the fruit aisle or the cashier ask questions. People are not all alike no matter what the sex all these listed things are specific to the person, it's like saying women perfer apples over oranges. It's stupid
