H.I.T = Hight Intensity Training, that is like training for higher repitations and more force withing shortest possible time intervals and short breaks
super setting is doing 2 exercises combined as a single set say you bench for 12 reps and immediately go for back barbell rows for another 12 reps and then rest |

hey joshy, i woul dsuggest, you increase the cardio and go for atleast 1 HIT sessions per week, also use medium weights for more reps and increased speed, and if you can handle it throw in the super-setting of alternating muscle groups.
