Just in case anyone want's to know,

What is a nudist?

Strictly my POV...

• A nudist is a person who is aware that the human body is the most marvelous and incredible biological machine in creation, and who understands that there is absolutely nothing shameful, indecent or offensive about it.

• A nudist is at one with nature in a way that the clothed cannot grasp. Humans are the only creatures on Earth that find it necessary to conceal their natural beings within an artificial exoskin, and nudists reject that cultural imposition.

• A nudist understands that clothing no more makes the man than fur makes the dog or feathers make the bird.

• A nudist enjoys the wonderful freedom of living without the illusion that layers of cloth somehow make life moral and worthwhile.

• A nudist does not embrace the pretense and the vanity of garments, nor the divisive imagery of class, status, wealth, rank, power and authority that clothing projects.

• A nudist condemns the egregious lie that nudity is synonymous with sexuality.

• A nudist understands that the nude human body is in fact far less exciting and stimulating than a body that is erotically clothed in garments that give free rein to the imagination.

• A nudist is appalled at the equation of nudists with sex offenders when with very few (if any) exceptions the real offenders are textiles.

• A nudist shakes his head sadly at the arrant, repugnant hypocrisy of a deviant culture that is monomaniacally obsessed with raw, naked sex, and yet condemns people for choosing to share a lifestyle of non-sexual nudity.

• A nudist is one who sees other people solely as people and understands that human bodies are biological shells in which the people live.

• A nudist knows that the familar acronymn, "WYSIWYG" (What You See Is What You Get), was a philosophy in nudism long before computer geeks adapted it.

• A nudist understands that when one is nude, that person has nothing but his or her personality to show to others.

• A nudist knows that a smile, eye contact and a friendly word say much more about a person than a thousand-dollar wardrobe.

• And a nudist lives with the reality that the textile world, its head permanently ensconced in its aft aperture, will continue to practice its false religion of lies and illusions and degeneracy and evil, while seeking to destroy the simple, natural lifestyle of people who don`t share their self-deception.

I ride a motorcycle but still treat people like I'd like to be treated, but some of the younger (and mayber a few older one's)will park place's they shouldn't,the college near me (WVU) has a special parking lot for biker's and they have to pay to park there so I'm guessing they get a ticket if they park someplace they shouldn't.Maybe more schools should do that.If they park in the handicap space they should get a ticket.

nice, i'm usually on a bike as well. what's funny to me is all the nasty looks i get if i park in a regular spot. i have to license the bike, pay the inspection fees, and all taxes just like a car or truck, but if i take up a whole parking spot, sheesh. i try to spot a security guard and ask where to park, or just find a spot out of the way
I know what you mean, when I go to Wal-Mart I'll see bikes parked at the end of the row next to the front where the yellow lines are near the light poles ( I think that means no parking but no one has said anything about it yet)so I park there so others can park in the reg.spot, haven't got towed yet but still worry about parking there.I don't mind walking I just want to leave a better spot for people in cars and trucks,it would be nice if they had parking for motorcycles at the stores, wouldn't have to be that big and could be in a couple diff. spots.

How many times have you seen a person park in a handicap space just to get closer to the store so they wouldn't have to walk so far?or park next to one store then get in their car (or truck) and back out of the parking spot drive 40 or 50 feet to the next store and pull as close to the door as possible?I've seen young and old do it.I know some people have trouble walking but most of the ones I see doing it walk just fine.I wish I could give the one's that park in the handicap zones(without the sticker, card or license plate) a ticket or tow their car away.Give them a break people!(the one's that are handicapped)

I see it all the time at the college where students don't want to park across the street and take the 3 handicap spaces. Yes, it bugs me as I have handicap plates due to my knees...dang motorcycles!

Some have bad memories too. I park closer, whenever possible, because its easier to remember that I am in front of the door and to see my car when I come back out the store.

The handicap thing, thats rude, but I Dont see that alot where I live.
It's okay to park close to the store, nothing wrong with that as long as it's not in the H.parking spot,I'm not handicaped but my knee's and legs bother me sometimes so I'll park close but not in the zone.Thank you and all the rest for not parking in the H. spot.

I know there's lots of people that have a handicap that can't be seen,a friend of mine that smoked could walk ok for a while but soon lost his breath and had to use a power buggy at the store so I won't report someone for parking in one but do hope they (the lazy people)get caught and have to show proof or pay a fine, and with the way everything is now a days I'm sure no one wants to pay a fine,I know a couple of people but sure there are more that borrow the cards just to park closer, they should get double the fine!I'd walk a mile or more before parking in one, besides, walking's good for you if you're able to do it.My hat's off to the handicapped people that give up their spot for a lazy person, you're special! I just hope the lazy person appreciate's what you've done for them.

Oh ok, i was wondering about that. a lot of them have pools and spas though right?
Avalon in Paw Paw,WV you can be nude or dressed but must be nude in the pool and hot tub and must have something to sit on when you're out,a towel is what most use,1 for sitting on and one to dry off with.

I love being naked at home..or elsewhere with the right company.

I've been with groups of naked people, it's just funny to me.
Most look better with their clothes on

Yeah.. I am not so sure i would be able to handle a full nudist area without either being turned on or giggly...But i do respect them. I am also weary to sit around on chairs and what not in a place like that..I dunno. Paranoid probably.
When you go to a place where being nude is ok,if it's with friends or just other nudist you bring a towell or something to sit on,that's the rule, keeps things clean.I would be one of the ones that don't look good nude, but it's all about being free and not judging how others look, but if you get excited, just put the towell in front of you till it goes away.

Naturalist,Nudist, which ever word you want to use,are you one? What do you think of them?Have you ever wanted to be one? I'm one and like the feel of being nude,if you haven't tried it just get nude in your home for a day and see how it feels to you. There's alot of people that are so please don't bad mouth them,be kind.

18 years ago, I had no qualms in being one and boy! I didn't mind skinny dipping on the beach several times... Obviously these days, it would no longer be a pleasant sight for someone with my body to be nude in public or even in the confines of my home. But yes, I was once a nudist (not for anything else but just wanted to do it then).

Nowadays, I am open to the thought of my children doing it someday so I let them take care of their body.
You don't look bad at all,I'm along way from having a great body but you don't have to have a perfect body to be a nudist, you just have to be able to enjoy being one.

Wow, so you are well overdressed then LOL.....I totally love it. I mean i have kids so i have to be careful, but before they came along..I was much more open. I know some people who visit nudist colonies and really enjoyed it as well. It is very free-ing. Its very normal in other societies to walk around topless and bottomless, beaches everywhere have allowed this and people enjoy it. I can tell you who doesnt like it and have turned it into a shameful crime---but i wont because it would be not PC.
You have to be dressed on here! lol.Thank you for your comments,That's a photo of me and Ben Franklin I met him at a rest stop in PA. going to Gettysburg on my motorcycle to check out the battlefields,it was a great time!

Sounds fun. We always go to civil war days here in my town. the kids love it...
Here in Philippi (they say it's where the first land battle of the Civil War was)they re-enact it every year and lots of people come to be in it and watch it,and then it goes to other towns nearby, they do a great job.
