I'm a firm believer in test driving the merchandise prior to purchase. Wondering what merchandise she is talking about exactly On my way to San Diego... |

I'm not deliberately looking for a relationship but if one spawns out of a really awesome friendship, I won't stop it. :)

Wow. Never did I for a moment think that this metaphor would be taken so horribly out of context. Of course no one wants to be obsessed over... that's just creepy. I meant to be appreciated... like one values his or her own life. I have been broken hearted before but I never felt like I had no world as a result of it... that is just a form of weakness that I refuse to accept. I'm not looking for someone that I would make my entire life... just someone I can share it with.

How do you let go of a painful memory? Truth of the matter is, it is a lot easier said than done. I fell in love with someone who I genuinely gave my heart to [in its entirity] only to have been left in his past as another ex. The heart refuses to let go of things especially when the mind convinces you that at one time, this thing made you happy. It is the constant conflict beteen mind and soul that ultimately causes the pain. your best bet is to invest your time in something that you enjoy. Me, its poetry. It not only allows you to vent but also feel that expressive release that others can in turn enjoy later. Idle minds like idle hands can only bring upon the worst to you. Keep active emotionally, physically and mentally and you should be in the clear. |

go for a new type of guy. you keep looking for the same type of guy, your just going to get the same thing again. people like that tend to be pretty much the same. my 2 cents. I feel you. I mean, when pple ask me if I have a "type" I always say no. Honestly, I don't like the monotony of "the same guy." Im just as unique as the next person I hope to find that in someone else as well. |

finally, some one bold enough to contest the world and their fear attachments, of commitment and discipline. i hope you find your world, and he finds you, in a union so perfect even strangers will be stricken with envy. thanks |

I want to be the world to one person.....and not one person to the whole world. Is that so much to ask? Why is it so hard to find someone that's "real" who has a no ******** attitude and isn't in it for the hit it and quit it lifestyle. When i'm in a relationship I invest my whole self into it... I just want to be able to share my heart with someone who is worthy.

Why does it seem that it is a social taboo to be curvy? I don't really get it... As a latin woman, I can't exactly shy away from being curvy either. Ya know, women who model tend to be abnormally thin... and their dimmensions are meant to be small simply because the person [model] is not what matters to the designer let alone the industry...it's the clothes....and in my view, curvy women can be just as sexy if not SEXIER than those model-esque types. I guess my issue here is that as a curvy gal, I feel like im always going to be viewed at least socially, as "not good enough." That self-consciousness ultimately hinders my dating scene...and that SUCKS. Comments are appreciated. lol thanks :) haha |
