Be back later, were heading to the library, and a treat at the dairy queen since school starts Monday for the oldest, and when I come back from my trip they won't be coming over any more. Their mommy is going to work all evenings so Daddy can be home with them.

40 students in one class at that age just seemed large to me. I know they lost their assistants to funding. I just can't figure out how teachers taught when I went to school with no helpers.

Geo54 made us all laugh Mark. We had such a great time goofing off together in the Last to Post thread. I remember the last time he was on posting, we all thought he was coming down with the flu. Oh the in edible food the man would dream up to get us to laugh. We all teased him about his cooking.

Does it make sense that two first grade teachers combined their classrooms into one since they lost their assistant teachers?

Still the same number of students, but one large class. I am hoping this works out since my great nephew got put into that class.
