it's been quite a while since i have had geography
& i don 't have a globe or world map nearby
i'm feeling better than before...
but, i have to take it easier , slow down ...
and push myself so hard... 
people say i look good, but i am a grandmother
im doing fine thanks hun, yes in the uk we only really have 1 time zone so we are on the same time. you need to try and relax a bit, you dont want to go and hurt yourself before your big move
