you will probably find it easier to quit if you take a time out on the drinking.
it takes around three weeks to start a new habit or to change one that you already have. that being said you should look at what triggers you to smoke, then try to avoid the triggers as best you can. good luck with quiting |

hey guy dont let it get to you. i have been here for months and very seldom do i get a nessage. but first thing is learn to be happy with yourself, someone will usually come along when you least expect it.
