Pu it this way. Harry and Ginny name one of there son's "Albus Severus Paotter" after "the two greatest headmasters Hogwarts has ever had".
Shape has got it going on!!! He sure does! I have to admit a secret and say he was my favorite charectar the entire way through. The fact thathe and Lilly grew up together, kinda through me for a loop, but I always "knew" the reason he hated harry was because James got Lily, and Snape didn't. |

Bridgette you definitely need to read the books. They are almost a completely different story from the movie.
In regards to the post above about putting too much into the love story aspect, they barely even touched on it. They ad-libbed a bit with Ron and Hermione in regards to Ron dreaming about Hermione while in the hospital wing, but in the book, Ron and Hermione do finally get together. And in regards to Harry and Ginny, I was absolutely dissapointed. Throughtout the first half of the book, it goes on about how Harry is finally starting to ralize his true feelings for Ginny, and the normal awkward moments when they almost show themselves when he and Ron are talking about Ginny and her boyfriends. It goes on to describe the monster of jealousy growing in Harry whenever he see Ginny with another guy. Their first kiss was after a succesful quidditch match also, when both were feeling triumphant about winning the match (Ginny stayed on the team after earning a place on it in number 5). It was a completely spontaneous moment fr both of them and happened in front of a lot of people, including Ron. So no, I must say the did not put enough into the emotional aspects of the movie, though I did like how in the movie, Ginny kisses Harry in the room of aquirement and then says she can hide up there too in deference to Harrys confusion about how he feels toward her. |

I must say I loved all the books, and the ending is just breathtakingly spectacular! Not once did I expect that out of Mrs. Weasley!!!
I was vindicated in my total belief in Snape as well. Never once did I waiver in my belief that he was working for the side of the good. But in regards to the movies, the first two were good, Prisoner of Azkaban started the downhill slide (they left a lot of needed information out of it), Goblet of Fire was good, but again they left a lot out. Number five, in my mind really and truly sucked (the movie). About the only reference it made to the books in my opinion, was the names of the characters. It left way too much information out that is needed in order to understand the 6th and 7th story, and altered the entire timeline of the whole movie. Number 6 appears to be better than number five by a major degree, but again it is almost completely different from the book. A lot was left out, and a lot was outright changed. For example, I do NOT remember Bellatrix attacking harry potter outside the weasleys home and taunting him over killing sirius. First that whole scene was originally in book five, atthe ministry of magic prior to Voldemort showing up. And secondly, in the book the Weasleys did not have their home burned. Sorry, I am one who likes a good movie and book combination but gets really frustrqted when they outright change the entire story when they do the movie, lol. |

did any of you cry when dumbldore died now come on tell the truth people Hell no! He had it coming. But Fred. >_< "The ghost of his last laugh still etched upon his face." I have to agree, even though I "knew" from book one that one of the twins would end up dying somewhere in the series. |

"The issue here is they are using public funds, and to allow people to discriminate with public money is unacceptable," Rosenstein said.
I am not going to go into everything that everyone has said, but this quote pretty well sums it all up in a nutshell. First, yes the CHURCH has the legal right to choose where and how to use it's money, and no one else can dictate to them how or when to do so. However, in this instance we are not discussing just the churches money, we are also discussing money it receives in the form of contracts and grants, with said contracts and grants being given under the stipulation that they be used for Social Service programs. As long as the Catholic church accepts government money it is legally required to follow government laws and guidelines in guidance of non-discrimination, equal rights, etc etc etc. This does not mean the church has to allow gay couple to worship in their halls. It does not mean they have to ordain Gay Priests, or have women in leadership positions in the church. BUT, in regards to say, catholic social services, which I believe is one of the groups being held over the fire here; in a lot of cases, the social service outreach programs are not operated out of the church, they are operated out of a seperate office building on public property, and the church has no legal authority over the building. This means whateveer is operating in that building does not qualify as a religious function, which means it can not pick and choose due to it's beliefs. In the end, the Catholic diocese needs to simply step back, and close their mouths in regards to threatening lawmakers and congressman, and simply nullify their contracts, and grants from teh government, thus releasing them from having to provide to ALL citizens, because they no longer operate with public money. But so long as they accept 1 penny from outside the church itself towards their programs, they they are going to legally be required to abide by public law and not secular. |
