Where or what gives you inspiration to continue using online dating sites? *************************************************************************** This is the only dating site I registered in and I keep coming back due to the forums. Scammers are everywhere, just be watchful though, (was still a newbie and naive when I got hit), now I learned so much when I clicked on the forums. There are many intelligent people here in M2 forums. I liked the sense of humors and their insights are well founded. ************************************************************************** Do you have a firm belief that your special person is going to be found? ************************************************************************* I do believe but again "Commitment and loyalty" plays a big factor in every relationship. *************************************************************************** Is there something in online dating that you don't get in the real world that gives you hope for a future partner? ************************************************************************** In the real world, sometimes people feels awkward to approach for fear of rejection and so they tend to do it online and get assurance first that they will not be snubbed. Though I haven't rejected anybody who approaches politely. There are people who found their partners through online dating sites so yes one could just hope that one day that person will show up, it will happen if there will be mutual understanding for both parties to "make it happen". *************************************************************************** Is it dedication to a goal or just making yourself available for the finding? *************************************************************************** Some maybe just sit back and wait and some go the extra mile, but it's okay. Goal is not to rush in, making oneself available for the finding? well I guess yes, that's the purpose of preferences written in ones's profile; which gives an insight to the reader. ************************************************************************* Edit to add: Or Something Else? ************************************************************************* I'll ponder on it, need to buy some peanuts first

I have learned recently that distance does not really matter.. What really matters... is the amount of baggage you have to bring with you are them...lol.. The airline will lose the baggage anyway. 
Nope....not unless you've got lots of cash to pay and No.1 is the person you can't underestimate....I guess....

I believe it does exist. Just not like it once was. I say this because of what I've seen over the years. At one time it was only the young that didn't know what love really is. But as they got older, they learned. Now I see many people my age that have no idea what love really is. They have no idea how to put another person ahead of themselves. There are so many now that are selfish. They only think of themselves. When things get hard in a relationship, and at points, it does. They throw the other away and get another. Women go out and find a man they say they love. They have kids with him. When trouble comes, throw him away. They raise the kids alone. To many out there now without their dads. Men go out and find a woman they say they love. Have kids with her. He lets his eye start to roam. The next thing you know he finds another woman. Maybe she is younger. Maybe time has been better to her. Maybe she has kept her figure. And she's got big D's. He forgets about the wife and kids that are counting on him. Not just for the money he brings home. But for the stability, he brings the family. He throws it all away. Stuff like this goes on every day. And it happens to millions of people every year. I think that a lot of this is caused by people who get married for the wrong reasons. And they have no idea what love really is. Love does exist. I think the bigger question is, Do you know what it is? I agree...Some marry for selfish reasons...Some marry coz they just want to...Nobody really knows what it's all about until both parties make sacrifices to make it work or meet half-way to keep it going...I don't even know what it is anymore...guess just have to see where the flow goes, though you never can determine where it ends... |

I was once in a longterm relationship with a great guy ,where I also felt lonely, so loneliness doesnt feel like a scary monster anymore . It's every bit a part of life as headaches and the flu. Nobody likes either but WE ALL have to go through it at one time or another.Loneliness comes and goes like flus and headaches, and some cycles of it hit us harder than other times. But after we get that sad energy out of us, find some fun things to do, and fun people to do it. Enjoy your FREEDOM!!! And remember.... We can stop being single any time we want to! There is usually someone out there who wanted us that WE CHOSE to reject , because we are not desperate enough to accept just any and every person to fill the void we feel.
